RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, they can’t be returned. 


If you are not satisfied with your product, please send photos and videos of all products with as much visual detail as possible to info@alaskafreshseafood.com within 2 weeks of delivery and we will create a solution to rectify the issue.


If your product gets delivered entirely thawed out, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos, videos and as many visual details as possible. We will review your issue and create a solution. For more shipping and handling information, see our Shipping and Handling Policy.


All complaints, refund requests or reship requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
